Black book

‘To be in someone’s black book’ means to be out of favour for having caused some offence or other, and dates in this sense from the mid-1500s. A black book was often literally a written record of people’s offences, but generally the expression is used figuratively, in the sense of offences, perceived or otherwise, retained in the memory.
